The hotel was pretty nice but for some reason we were disturbed by a few things. First issue was with the pillows. The hotel should have a selection of pillow types for people that like firmer types of pillows. I woke up with neck pain every morning. Second, our second night in, it sounded like someone was banging on the ceiling below us. The air conditioning was not acting normal and my wife noticed a device of some kind hanging from one of the vent openings. She thought it was a camera looking at us so I pulled it out. It turned out to be some kind metal Thermometer. It was also not safely placed and could have hurt one of us if it fell. On Saturday morning, my wife was getting ready, in her slightly revealing sleeping attire, and some hotel worker bangs on the door loudly and wife answers the door. She tells the worker that we are not done yet and we will be leaving soon and to come back later. The worker became aggressive with my wife and said that he needs to come in to do a safety check. So my wife wakes me up and asks me if we should let him in and said to go ahead. Half asleep I ask him why he was there. He said that he needed to check our phone and he was doing a safety check. He checks our phone and then leaves. We also had the do not disturb sign on the door. This is unacceptable behavior for any type hotel. Even for a low end motel. My stay at the Nobu was not what expected. Felt like a budget hotel that had construction going on and had untrained staff. The aggressive worker should have been more professional. I was offered a complementary stay in the Augustin Tower and I passed it up to have the So called Nobu experience. That was a mistake.

This is the nicest room we have ever stayed in. We come to Las Vegas a few times a year and try staying at different places each time to experience everything. Nobu Hotel has just changed that, this is our go to place to stay now. It was nice having our own reception desk and elevators for Nobu instead of dealing with the hassle of waiting in the lines at the main Caesar's Check-in area. The room itself was amazing! The main room was very spacious and well decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable and with the blackout curtains we didn’t want to get out of bed every morning we were there. There was plenty of his and hers closet space and drawers that were located in the side room you first walk into. The bathroom alone was well worth the extra cost in resort fee. With a separate huge bathtub, a walk in shower with a steamer to turn the shower into a small steam room, and a bidet toilet in its own small room off of the main bathroom. It was the perfect bathroom! To top it off, the staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful, patient, and were more than willing to help when we had reservation problems,(that were my fault). Nobu Hotel has just gone to the top of the list of favorite places to stay when we come to Las Vegas. We will definitely be back. We are recommending Nobu Hotel to all of our friends

Asian style decoration of hotel room, and mysterious fragrance filled in the air, just love it. Large bath room with nice shower area. The famous buffer is definitely worth a try, we ate there on Christmas Eve, the food is gorgeous even it is a little pricey. Prepared for the crowed, the waiting line is very long, and thanks for my diamond status we don't need to wait at regular line. Overall, it is a pleasant trip.72 Gym and Spa is a plus, you can get free water and coffee there, there are even two apple computer for use if needed. Zoey kindly gave a room upgrade given my elite status, she is very nice and helpful, thanks Zoey!

My sister and I came in January 2 to Nobu Las Vegas “ Caesars” . He greeted us very nicely and told us we didn’t have to wait for a room so we took the Lower level floor. When we entered we were very surprised it wasn’t as nice as Caesars hotel as we usually stay or planet Hollywood. They had a bathroom really no place to hang your hand towel and as we started to unload our suitcases we noticed that the bathroom was dirty, the soap looked used both bars, we also noticed there were lipstick on the calendar that my sister in countered on her stuff and we had to wipe it up with a napkin. We went back down and spoke to customer service and they gave us another room and apologized that it was dirty but also stated that I need to send an email to guest services because obviously this is happened before. We moved to the 7710 And this time we had scoped out the room before unpacking and snacks or not refilled, and again in the bathroom what are the soaps was better than the other and they’re still was stuff on the counter which had mascara and then it look like the tissues were used in the paper wrappings roll over the place.Went down to the front desk asked if we could move to is Suite or we’re going over to Caesars. To make a long story short they could not accommodate us and was going to give us $100 food credit never did that because we didn’t end up staying we were transferred over to Caesars hotel and absolutely love it. The bathroom is way bigger than what they have we have a jack and Jill bathroom. The rooms are so much more spacious and didn’t have to get a suite i’m so much cleaner phenomenal. We also came in contact with a gentleman who is getting married and he couldn’t even get proper information On the penthouse or anything else he had a bunch of trouble as well then everyone started chiming in in the elevator about their issues. I would not recommend staying here, I’m a hi Diamond memeber And really no accommodations were done, but I will never stray from Caesars planet Hollywood because they have gotten it right every time. Our vacation can start now and have nothing but fun. I am really disappointed in Nobu Hotel, as people have stated in the reviews that is wonderful. Maybe if you have one of those sweets but the regular rooms thumbs down. Don’t waste your time or money I’m sorry to say Because all we did was move a couple of times and re-pack and unpack no way never again
